Chef Oz is the man behind the mezze, a local to Ballarat and founder of Woodside Food & Co. Hitting his straps and sharpening his skills as a head chef in kitchens throughout Victoria’s vibrant food and events scene.

 

Oz has experience with almost any cuisine you care to throw a frying pan at, but his roots are authentic Turkish mezze, a regular feature at Woodside Food & Co. Don’t mistake this for any average kebab stand though, the food, service and produce are fresh across the board, there really is no better way to put it!
